month Limos Etc gives one limo ride away to a deserving
person!
If you, or someone special to you deserves a limo
ride ...send us a letter.
Please be detailed and send us your story ,along with
contact information . Please indicate when you will
need service , how many passengers will be riding
and where you are located .
We will choose one letter per month and you will be
contacted by the 1st of the month if you are chosen.

My
name is Kristin S. and I am a parent at Summit
View Elementary School in Highlands Ranch. We
have a Silent Auction coming up to raise funds
for a new school wide math program and additional
technological upgrades. We would love to have
one or two limo options on the Silent Auction
board. We were thinking that we could have one
Limo Lunch for 10 (or however many) for the kids
during school and the other item I was thinking
was to have a Limo that can be purchased to pick
a group of kids up for the first day of school.
Obviously both of these events would be short
lived...maybe 1 - 1 1/2 hour each.
In return for your donation, you would be featured
at 2 events at our school in addition to being
featured at our Silent Auction Event at the Old
Blinking Light in Highlands Ranch. The kids have
been working really hard on raising funds and
we feel this would be a great way to raise money
and reward the kids.
We would love to have you participate in our auction
and I would be glad to work out any details to
your liking!!! I have attached a letter that explains
more regarding our event! Thank you in advance

I am writing on behalf of the Senior Class of
2009, our largest class yet of the Florence Crittenton
School. We have 42 seniors graduating this year!!
Florence Crittenton is a Denver Public School
that helps teen moms and teen moms to be continue
their high school education. They also provide
us with onsite childcare, parenting skills, job
skills to begin career paths that lead us to be
self-sufficiency. We have a supportive staff and
community that donate items to make our holidays
a little brighter. In addition we also have our
mental and physical needs met through art therapy
and one-on-one counseling.
Florence Crittenton also provides a Young Fathers
Program to help fathers become a more nurturing
father and a more positive role model for the
community and family. They provide parenting classes,
GED assistance, peer support groups, one-on-one
couples counseling and job training.
We feel that we should deserve this prize because
we have been through many challenging obstacles
and many more to come. We know we will succeed
and would like the opportunity to celebrate our
last tough year of high school in style. We have
a Senior Fun Day coming up in early May and would
love to travel in one of your luxurious limousines.
So please consider us for your monthly limousine
giveaway for May. Thank you very much.

I
wanted to personally thank you for your generous
donation to our silent auction volleyball event
dedicated to raising funds for the local environmental
preservation organization, HawkQuest (www.HawkQuest.org).
Because of businesses like yours that are dedicated
to helping the
community, we were able to raise a sizable amount
of funding for HawkQuest. And, as a side benefit,
we were able to give you lots of goodwill exposure.
Plus, your beautiful “Limousines Etc.”
logo is prominently featured on 100 volleyball
player t-shirts wandering around the Denver area
for many years to come.
As an aside, the winner of your gift certificate
for a 3-hour limousine ride took a group of children
from a local school on a Sunday afternoon ride
through our beautiful city. It was an exciting
and momentous occasion for all of them. We hope
to have coverage of the event in the next edition
of our local ommunity newspaper.

Dear Limousines Etc.,
Thank you so much for the very generous donation
of 5 hours limousine service or up to 20 people
to our upcoming event, the 45th Annual Bal Swan
Ball. For 46 years, Bal Swan Children’s Center
has been an integral part of the City and County
of Broomfield. Unique amongst its peers, Bal Swan
provides quality educational services to both
typically developing children and those with special
needs. The environment at the school is one in
which each child, regardless of ability, is valued,
nurtured and given a wonderful educational foundation
for their lives. None of this could have been
achieved without the support of businesses and
individuals such as yourself.
Your support, along with that of the other donors
and attendees, will allow us to continue to provide
our services to children with disabilities and
typical preschoolers enrolled together in an inclusive
setting. Your contribution enables us to provide
a loving educational environment for our community's
most valuable resource, our children. On behalf
