Where are you located and what are your office hours ?
We are located at 2690 S Federal Blvd Denver , Colorado 80219.
We are open Monday thru Saturday 8am -8pm and on Sundays from 9am-6pm
However, we are a 24/7 service, so you will always reach a live staff person when you call .

Are you a member of any associations?
Yes , We are currently a member of the NLA (National Limousine Association)
and the BBB (Better Business Bureau )


Are you licensed and insured ?
Yes. We are fully licensed and our PUC number is LL01468 . We are in good standing with the PUC (public utilities commission ).

Colorado Law states that any luxury limousine company carrying CDL vehicles (15 passengers or more) is required to hold a 1.5 million dollar policy .
Limousines ETC carries an additional 3.5 million dollar umbrella coverage for a total of a 5,000,000.00 policy.

Do you do donations ?
Yes ! Each month we give away a limousine rental for someone in need .
We have sponsored many events and we would love to help you out .
Limousines Etc donates year round for charity events for Safehouse Denver Colorado to better women and children in need.

OUR CHAUFFERS
Do your chauffeurs have the proper licensing ?
Yes .
All of our chauffeurs have a mandatory drug screen upon hiring as well as fingerprinting FBI testing (criminal background checks) . Our airport drivers have an additional CBI background check (criminal background checks).

All CDL drivers are required to carry a Class C CDL license as well as a Passenger endorsement on their license . All CDL drivers are also submitted to a random drug testing
consortium.

Are your chauffeurs trained for their profession?
Yes. Just because you carry the proper licensing , you may not be “qualified” for a position at Limousines ETC . We not only hire based upon legal qualifications.
we also hire upon physical presentation , professional presentation, personality, and ability to lead a group of passengers . If our chauffer posses these qualities , he is then put thru a training regimen internally before he ever charters a client .

What year are your vehicles ?
All of our vehicles are of new makes and models and we consistently keep up with the newest trends in the limousine industry by purchasing new vehicles often.

Can we see your limousines in person ?
YES! In fact we love to have visitors at our office . We encourage clients to choose their limousine in person !

What are your limousines like inside?
Our vehicles are luxury and have everything you would expect from a limo such as
Fiber optic club lighting , all leather interiors , premium sound systems and flat panel TVS as well as gorgeous bars throughout .

PRICING AND RESERVING A LIMOUSINE
Your pricing is great !
Thank you ! We have a very large fleet of limousines , so we have to price right for volume rentals.
Again, you are more then welcome to come check us out in person as we are confident in our product and services !

20% has been added to my reservation. Is that the chauffeurs gratuity ?
20% is a standard mandatory fee in the limousine industry . The chauffer receives this 20% as his driving wage . If you love your driver (as most of our clients do!) you are welcome to give extra tips , however nothing additional is mandatory !

Why does the pricing on limousines vary from month to month?
The limousine industry is based on market value . You will see your pricing change throughout different seasons , times of the day , and high demand holidays and events .
However , we always strive to be competitive and give you the best rates that we can .

How does the deposit work, and when do we pay for the limousine?
Deposit amounts vary depending on the total price of your limousine.
We are happy to give you your deposit amount with your quote before booking a limousine .

The deposit is then deducted from your total and the balance will be due on the day of your charter paid in cash / or we charge your credit card on the week of your rental .

What forms of payment do you accept ?
We accept all major forms of credit cards ( VISA , AMEX , DISCOVER , MASTERCARD) and cash . We only accept checks with management pre- approval .

There are so many limousine companies out there , how do I choose?
You are correct ! There are over 250 limousine companies in Colorado and it sure can be hard to make a decision !
We believe that it is best to do research and make sure all of the legalities are in place.
At that point price comparison, vehicle quality, and feeling good about the service you are going to ride with will help with your decisions !
